Carl and Susan Orthlieb

Carl and Susan Orthlieb have seen their 29-year marriage transformed by engrafting tools and teachings from the Noble Call Institute, Ransomed Heart, The Father's Business, Loving on Purpose, and Brilliant Perspectives. God launched them back in the Fall of 2008 with the desire to give back what they have been receiving by serving others. The first 16 years of their marriage was a desert time of heated “discussions”, spiteful words, and blaming each other. Susan was angry and aggressive, Carl was withdrawn and passive. God redeemed all! We have found that these ministries make available to us a safe framework for hearing each other’s heart, dealing with emotions, and developing greater intimacy. As co-founders of and conversation coaches for Relate 20/20 (www.relate2020.com), Carl and Susan are discipling an authentic community mobilized to transform every relationship to experience God's relational wealth.
